Real Estate
Agent is not a REALTOR ®. A Real Estate Agent took the State Real
Estate exam and passed and has taken the necessary classes to work
as a Real Estate Agent. But that does not make him or her a REALTOR®.
A REALTOR ® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS ®
and the California Association of REALTORS ® and their local board
of REALTORS ®. Daniel Pizano is a REALTOR ® and is guided by a strict
Code of Ethics formulated and governed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
OF REALTORS ®. The term REALTOR ® is a federally registered collective
membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is
a Member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribes to
its strict Code of Ethics. To use the term REALTOR® you must be a
member of NAR. |
